Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

•⁠ ⁠Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
•⁠ ⁠Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
•⁠ ⁠Items sold as “seen”, “as is”, or “final sale”
•⁠ ⁠Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
•⁠ ⁠Perishable or personalised goods

3.⁠ ⁠“Sold as Seen” Items
Any item sold as “seen” or “as is” is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept their condition at the time of sale.

We operate a strict verification process on all “sold as seen” items. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for these items, including but not limited to claims of condition issues after purchase.

4.⁠ ⁠Product Condition & Anti-Swap Protection
To protect against fraud and product swapping:
•⁠ ⁠All items are recorded, photographed, and/or uniquely marked prior to dispatch
•⁠ ⁠Serial numbers, identifiers, or condition records are retained

Any returned item must match the original item sent.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

•⁠ ⁠The item has been swapped, altered, or tampered with
•⁠ ⁠The returned product does not match our records
•⁠ ⁠Damage has occurred after delivery

Suspected fraudulent returns may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
•⁠ ⁠Photos of the issue
•⁠ ⁠Your order details

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

6.⁠ ⁠Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 Days after inspection of the returned item.

7.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping
•⁠ ⁠Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
•⁠ ⁠We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
